Anyone know what this is? Murray light ? Strato Flight Guard? Stingray Seat and handlebars?

Just bought an older bicycle and would appreciate any information this community could give. It’s a little confusing cause it looks to have some mixed parts with a Stingray? But Murray Light and chain guard? Thanks in advance.
