Mini aero bars w/ bar end shifters

I have been searching for the best way to run bar end shifters, and tried thumbies, putting them on the drops and even Gevenalle shifters, but all of those options felt flawed in some way. Even though it's bulky and kind of ugly, it's incredibly comfortable and easy to shift now!
