I recently got a Canyon Grail CF SL 8 and wanted to use a Redshift stem with Easton EC 90 ALX bars. With the Redshift stem, the stock spacers have an open top with these nub holes that lock into the next spacer or stock stem/bars. So the Redshift stem didn't fit very well, and left an unsightly gap with the stock spacers. To make the redshift stem fit much better, 3D printed a headset spacer to go on top of the last spacer. This 3D printed spacer was flat on the top, so it would work with the traditional round headset spacers. If anybody is interested in this 3D printed spacer I can upload it to a grab cad website and link it here. It is not perfect, but good enough for me.
