It is day 118 of cycling all of Italy. Decent night’s sleep and waking up to the sun is always nice. Did a shop and got the snacks packed up and then was on the road heading to kind of like internal Sicily inland passing these nice hills but a lot of climbs and a lot of descents. Some food there, some rice and pulpet. Decided to mix it up from the chicken for once. Passing through some lovely small towns and then spotted my first nur which is like a ancient civilization structure couple thousand years old. So I’ve got the drone out for a bird’s eye view. Very nice vibe heading inland here. Just some very kind of peaceful places. A lot of nice artwork and murals. Then just enjoying some onion for catcha there just with the view. Nice little train track here which kind of hosts a tourist kind of train, not a commuter really. Then made my way into Italy where my friend’s family hosted me for the night which is very kind. Gave me some food and then also a bed to sleep which is all I can ask for. I catch you guys tomorrow. Joe.
