Today I finished the last big preparation tour. What do you think of my setup? Apart from the bottles, which are not aerodynamically attached at all, I am very satisfied.
In 2 weeks it starts, over 2200km and 40000hm in 22 days over the complete Pyrenees and Western Alps together with my buddy.

What is your rear cog max size ?
More of a hygiene piece, the bottle under the bike has a mouthpiece. That will get very dirty. Maybe try a bottle with a mouthpiece protector?
That’s a sick setup. Nice work
Don‘t worry about the bottles. They aren’t creating that much drag since they are in line with your legs. Tests showed very little difference when mounting bottles on a fork.

If it were my set up I would ditch the giant seatbag and get a rack and tiny panniers, but I suspect the pros and cons of either way balance out and its just preference.
