Send it. If it rubs under use you could pack the cradle with some thin foam or space under the cradle with a washer.
Not a criticism, but if you put the voile strap around the frame rather than just the cage then it’s more secure as you’re not relying on just the M5 bolts to hold the weight/ you don’t lose it if the bolts come loose.

You could make a few mm dent in the bottle with a heatgun

Cables going rub drag and cut through the cage. Bottle will be dirty but fine I run that type of cage

With vibration it will touch

I run a similar setup and as long as you can’t move the bottle by hand to a point where it touches the chain, you should be fine.
I may take a picture later

Maybe you could use some longer m5 bolts in addition to some m5 spacers to get the cage a bit away from the frame

Don’t they have water bottle mounts that raise the original mount?

If it rubs, it’ll fix itself

wrap the part of the cradle that supports that side of the bottle with some duct tape or electrical tape; anything that will function as a spacer and rotate the bottle away from the chainring. All you need is a couple of millimeters.

You’ll have no water soon.

A length of housing around the cable would also solve it
