Before reading please know my knowledge on bicycles is very limited. Im a vintage clothing dealer and was out picking around this morning. Came across a yard sale where they were selling these Schwinn Collegiate & Suburban for $35 each. I asked the owner if everything worked and he filled both sets of tires up for me and had me ride both around his driveway. I pretty much fell in love with them and after buying them me and my girlfriend rode them downtown for about 2 hours. Everything works, gears shift very well on both.
My question is, what era were these 2 manufactured? I see a permit sticker from a college from 1975, not sure if these are 70s or a tad earlier. Also, im not selling them but would like to know the value on them.
