My route from work to home is approximately this. I'm in good physical condition. I'd like to know if I could climb these hills without too much difficulty with a three-speed Brompton? Thanks.
Yes, definitely doable, I’m commuting 14 km with an elevation of 80 m. 3 Speed BSR.

It looks like about 50m rise in 1km.
You could fit a smaller chainring and/or a bigger sprocket to lower the bottom gear and that might mean the top gear is more usable on the flat instead of using it to pedal downhill.

try it out yourself. when it is not enough, drop the chainring to anything smaller than 50T (stock is 130BCD, sane spec with Alfine chainring etc)
