Is this bike worth 220€?

Hi, I am looking to complement my road bike with a gravel/xc bike. I found this one (I am on a tight budget), it comes with a grx setup, with tiagra brifters, and xt deore v-breaks. The hardware is in good condition. I know the frame is sought after, and has some minor rust spots. The seller could also include continental race kings (shieldwall) in exchange for a minor addition.
