REI has a sale on their hybrid bikes that I may get. I currently have a 2016 Fuji Absolute 2.3. Admittedly I didn't bike for like 2 years and let my bike sit in the elements the whole time.
The brakes work fine but the shifting sucks, sucks hard. It needs to be adjusted by a professional because I have no idea what I'm doing. I'm basically stuck in the middle gear for the front crank and even the back shifts pretty rough and it slips when I'm peddling hard.
I'm pretty sure just to get it working right will be a couple hundred bucks, I'm wondering if it's worth it just get a new bike with the year of free maintenance.
It's COOP 1.1 seems to be equivalent to what I already have, so maybe fixing my bike will be not economically feasible. Other than that bad shifting, the bike is great.
What should I do?
