Episode 4 of my 12-part YouTube series is here!
In this series, I will share more of my year with you, documenting life and training. You’ll also see me racing some epic events in some fantastic locations. It’s all about the journey, and I hope you enjoy coming on this journey with me.
This week, I’m taking part in the iconic Traka gravel race in Girona, Spain. The weather might not have been ideal, but it made the race even more fun.
Watch how I got on, and you can subscribe for more upcoming episodes.

Spain with no pain, happy days! Good to hear that you're getting back into the swing of things and more like your old self. Keep going.

In welk hotel verbleef je?
Well done Puck. Looked like a tough day. All that lovely Assos kit covered in 💩 though 😂🏴
It so pretty f*cking nice episode Lots of useful features regarding recovery with the app (i mean about whoop) and preparation for the race (particularly regarding energy drinks)
It has barely rained in Germany this year. There are already drought warnings. Normally, it rains a lot in Germany. The climate has completely reversed.
Sleep tip: Leave your phone in the kitchen.
Gorgeous, fit and tough as nails.
It’s funny you say that you couldn’t acclimate to the change; I just visited Spain (got engaged actually at Monserrat) and I couldn’t acclimate to Spain. Now, back in NC I’m fine after day one. It’s a pain in the ass acclimation.
amazing! congratulations puck! ☺
