Some Drivers have become a custom to using the phone behind the wheel and think nothing about it and they feel they will not be caught due to lack of police resources and some do hold it in such away out of sight as well thinking it will never be spotted but the head looking down is a dead giveaway.

Mike stopped in front of him, push his bike backwards in from of his windscreen and the driver still didn't notice. If this driver can see what is happening under his nose then he's not going to notice someone crossing the road in front of him.

what to know how to stop this? bounty and insta ban….Get caught and convicted – the bounty goes to the submitter to the Police and the conviction is the seal for the bounty. Once caught insta ban – overnight this will free up the courts time, stops wasting resources, hence money..~Trooper

Have seen many drivers have phones in there lap to avoid being caught..Often its the nodding dog that is a give away when in a line of traffic… the constant looking up and down 😉
