I’ve been riding around with a throttle for years already with a 250w kit. Type approval isn’t needed for converted pedal bikes as long as they meet all other requirements.
the same bike is available from alibaba remember most bikes are made in China. will it be road legal if i get a 250w from alibaba ?? and set the throttle to 3mph and it comes limited to 15.5
It says on your website that if the throttle is installed then the bike isn't EPAC and cannot not be driven anywhere but offroad
You gotta get insurance and tax and mot and can't be ridden off road
