Hi, I would greatly appreciate if you guys would give me some thoughts on whether or not this bike is worth it. According to the owner, it has only been used as a hometraining bike and so it appears to be in decent shape. The upgrades according to the ad:

Also, I prefer a more comfortable bike and I've readthat endurance frames are better suited and have been looking at trek domane al2 as that was recommended. How does this bike compare to that?
