Just picked this Peugeot up from a goodwill for $20 I ran new cables and took it for a test ride on some local singletrack. It is the most comfortable bike I’ve ever been on, even compared to my really nice bikes. What upgrades, if any should I do to it to start bikepacking on it? Koolstop break pads are in my list, I already got rid of the foam grips and installed a front derailleur. The bearings in the rear hub were destroyed so I got a replacement wheel from a local bike shop.
