I’ll bet you could fit either a small first aid or small repair kit right there– a small bag that can strap to the seatpost &/or the back of the rails on that saddlebag stabilizer and wedge between them would be ideal for that! On my own bike that’s where I tend to stuff things that I hope not to use very often but want to have readily accessible in a pinch. Flat repair, some extra bolts/small parts, tape, that kind of thing

Small seat pack to keep your tools and spares in maybe, or a small drybag with things like waterproofs in it look like they would fit.

Filling a space for the sake of it seems strange. What do you need to carry that’s not elsewhere?
