Wow, that fork looks loooooong for this bike.
It’s an NS frame, unless the sticker on the down tube isn’t correct. Probably a Stay True, or a Movement.
That fork is way too long tho, the bike is so raked out. Probably would be horrible to ride
Our polish brand NS Bikes. Most likely Movement
Pretty sure it’s an old NS Metropolis because it has a straight 1 1/8” steerer.
