Hello, I'm coming from 160mm brake disks (rotors) to 203mm, I've bought the right IS/Post mount adapters (confirmed by manufacter) but the rotors seems to touch slightly the caliper. What could I've done wrong? The problem on the front is actually gone after tightening the brake caliper, but on the rear even after tightening the disk touches the caliper.

you bought the wrong adapter. get some spacers
Put a small washer between the post and the adapter, that should solve the issue.
Is the adapter on the right way round? Hard to tell from the video
The square is where the disc is rubbing, you need to add some washers where I placed the arrow, to lift up the caliper 2/3mm

Yeah just throw some washers in as explained, ive done the exact same thing on my front brake adapter 🤘🏽
Thanks to everyone, the consensus seems to be on adding a pair of washers, you guys saved me from a trip to the mechanic
