I cant tell you how glad I am that your posting videos.Theres not many E-bike touring videos,or good ones anyway. I just purchased an E-bike.I tour with a Kona Sutra but I am really looking forward to my first E-bike tour in a few weeks!! Your videos have helped me so much just thought you should know.

I want to try touring on an electric bike, but i understand you cannot bring an ebike battery on a plane as carry on or in storage. Most ebike batteries are btwn 300 & 500 watts, and the limit on planes is 100 watts. How do you get around this when traveling overseas? Thanks!

Hello Jack – Does the Surley Bike with BBS HD and Rohloff Hub still work ? I have rebuilt your ebike – XT instead of Rohloff – whereby i want to buy a Rohloff. Did you give the
BBS HD a "longer break" when shifting via a sensor on the brake lever or did you only use the Bafang shifting sensor ?
