After a crash the steering lock on my YT Decoy CF Pro Race CF 2019 shifted and is off centre now. Does anybody here have experience how to center this ring in a non destructive way? Help would be highly appreciated.
Someone i know had the same issue with his cube ebike and we pushed the handlebars really hard in the other way and the steering block moved back to its original place

One of the guys at YT said you can just twist the forks back the other way and twist it back in line n

Yep, What these guys said. Speaking from experience: pop the forks back on and give it a good ol’ yank in the direction you want it to shift. It’ll move easier than you’d expect, you’ll be doing it regularly after a few good falls š
Just on these, with the inner cable routing, you’ll likely need to replace the bearing and the lock nut bit as it’s all one piece and eventually water finds a way. Cube ship em without the sealed bearing for some reason but you can get it from acros components. Mine’s a zs56, you might want to check the fit for yours

Iām half tempted to replace the bottom headset with a Wolftooth extender when the time comes to replace mine and ditch the knock block. That should hopefully give enough clearance to frame. Or I might not bother if the replacement knockblock is a lot cheaper.
