Does anybody know if Panasonic ever made a DX-2500 bike? Look exactly like a 1889 DX-2000 but with a DX-2500 sticker. Can’t seem to find anything online about it.
I am a fan of Panasonic steel frames. I have never heard of any frame that isn’t a whole thousand number. My first racing bike was a DX-5000.
Is there a frame material manufacturer decal near the bottom bracket? If so what tubing is it? Also, how many speed is the drivetrain? We can figure it out.

Yes, you appear to have one
>1889
Hmmmm
It looks like mid-low level bike. Exage is under 105, probably equivalent to Tiagra. The 2000 looks like Sora/non-series equivalent components

I know that Panasonic names identical cameras differently in European and North American markets. Could a 2500 be a Europe market version of a 2000?
I have seen them before. It’s a Panasonic.
dang, this is a time capsule. what a treat.
