Just fitted new Cinturano H’s on my ZIPP 303s wheels. Tiny amounts of sealant is coming from the bead and sidewall. Is this normal or do they need to be reset? Doesn’t seem to be losing too much pressure over the last few hours.

The bead is just sealing. Top off the air and wipe off the dried sealant. They also have thin sidewalls so you will likely get some weeping but that too should seal up quickly.

Happened to me as well with a different tire and rim. It sealed and dried over time with no issue. You are most probably fine as well.

I always pump my tyres up to a really high pressure initially to really seal the bead into the wall of the rim. Then after 24-48hrs you can reduce the pressure again and let it back to normal.

Normal. If a lot of sealant seeps out, just add some extra.

Those tires have good longevity !!!

Did you seat the tire before you put sealant in it with max 5 bar?

Pump it to max pressure and leave, if it’s still weeping tomorrow then it might not be seated correctly, but it’s normal after seating the tire, that sealant dries out and becomes part of the system that makes it airtight

Go for a ride! Slightly over pressure then so air lost won’t deflate them.
