Got my hands on my end-game frame, 1992 Cannondale Track, 60cm (my size!!), and picked it up 10 minutes from my place.
Got any advice on components?
I got no rush but also don’t want to spend a fortune, although I won’t cheap out either… what cranks, chainring and wheelset would you use?
I am in Berlin so I need a front brake… looks like Dia Compe’s track brakes are not that easy to come by anymore!
For stem I already kinda decided on a Pearl plus a no-super-wide flat bar. I will retire my Jaguars and Nitto drops, ain’t a kid anymore and my back will thank me 🙂

Congrats! I prefer the classic silver component look. So maybe a dura-ace crankset n wheelset with nitto finishing kit. Or sugino super mighty or 75 cranks n BB. It’s your bike so do what you think is best for your budget. Post it back when you’re finished with the build.

congrats!!!! I’m using da7710 drivetrain and Nitto finishing kit. No complaints. Frame is crazy stiff for 30 years old.
