FYI, next time use the non-ball-end for anything more than hand tight. The ball ends can round off easily and damage the bolt. Probably why it’s stuck.
As someone else said, turn it the other way and it should loosen the wrench hopefully.

Easy remedy..Go to your nearest bike shop and buy a new bike. No other options come to mind that make more sense. Dont ever squander an opp to buy a new bike.
