I’d test drive it to make sure it’s shifting and braking well, always look over the frame especially near the welds for cracks, look at tires and brake pads too check for dry rot or excessive wear. If all checks out then send it.
Very much a base model bike with low end Shimano Claris groupset. Bear in mind that if this is your first road bike and you really get into it you are doing to want to trade up to a better bike pretty quickly. This bike and frame is very limited if you want to upgrade it.
