Hello community! Debuting with this as my first post on Reddit (apologies in advance for my non-perfect English).
So back to the topic. Saw this bike on local marketplace, but the title and description have zero info about the bike itself, except for the brand name that says Marin, which is clearly false. It says “Salsa” on the frame, but I’ve never saw or heard about this brand before. Maybe someone can recognize the model or give some info about it. Also would be good if somebody gave some feedback about the brand in general. The prise is 410€, tiny bit more than my budget, but maybe it’s a good deal

Marin Nicasio rebranded
Def powder coated/spraybiked, geometry doesn’t look like any kind of salsa frame from memory. Weird that they posted this as a Marin bike. (Marin has some great bikes, but this is misleading.) if they didn’t list specific details on components and are unwilling to give more info, not great signs. I would pass on this personally.
Wtf yeah I was like “that looks like my Nicasio but salsa?”
Not sure where you live, but in my neighborhood that Salsa is far more likely to be stolen than a Marin.
Google reverse image search found this bike btw.
