Join me for a beautiful day in Tukums, Latvia for the 2025 season opening jam. The jam consisted of two race runs and a roadgap session afterwards. In the end placed 1st in the open category.
Today I’m at the beautiful Toukcom trails. I’m here for the season opening jam that don has put up and I’m just uh pushing up pushing up. Uh we still have an hour of training. So going to try to manage maybe one two runs on both tracks. So yeah, you can follow me along. See how today goes. Yeah. Wish me luck. Oh, first run down, first track, couple of jobs. Hold up. Bam. Pedal section. Jump. Bam. Okay. Jump. Hop. Outside. Hop. Jump. And first turn. Last turn. Okay. and the finish line. Yeah, that’s the first track. Now we go up again to the second track. So this is now my second run on this track. Jumps. It’s a jump section. A rock jump and a small step. Technical section. There’s a crash. As you saw in those videos, trainings are now done. I’m currently pushing up for my first run. And uh yes, in the next clips, you will see my first press run. got those Uh first run done. Now pushing up for the second run. currently uh sitting in a first and uh yeah, second place is I think 0.7 seconds behind me. So there’s not a big uh big wiggle wiggle room, but uh I’m going to push the second second run and see how it goes. Second track is uh more more technical. The first one uh was more physical. It’s like a long sprint, but uh this one has some technical sections and some fun bits. So, going to be exciting run. Stay tuned. Nice. [Music] Ah, chainless, bro. Tent eight of course.
