Please, what adapter should I buy for my Canyon Grand Canyon 7 (bought in 2022 https://www.canyon.com/en-sk/mountain-bikes/trail-bikes/grand-canyon/grand-canyon/grand-canyon-7/2617.html), so I can attach my Thule Chariot Lite?

Should be the 12mm thru axle.
