  1. I have this “thing” – that I recently learned from an avid cyclist’s channel on youtube, is not just me, it’s a lot of people.

    I have trouble getting on the bike. It’s easier to say…. I’ll go tomorrow. Getting the water and the bike and the gear ready and such is a mental hurdle for some folks. And the first 15-20 minutes sometimes sucks. 

    But after 15-20 minutes of riding I am *so glad* that I’m out on the bike. Never regretted it once.

    It was comforting to know that I’m not the only one that kind of needs to force myself to go for a ride, because it feels so good once you’re started
