Is there some kind of combination of a derailleur hanger adapter for 70s frames without a derailleur and a derailleur hanger extender like the Wolf Tooth RoadLink?

I am familiar with the need for such retrofittable derailleur hangers from older steel frames. Now I would like to equip a particularly stylish frame with a Berg cassette and have therefore been thinking about how I can get my stylish but old rear derailleur to shift to a 36 sprocket.

According to my research, there are these derailleur hanger extensions, such as the RoadLink or something like that. Now I'm wondering if there might be a part that meets both my requirements. Sometimes there is such a thing, maybe one or the other has already read something about it.
