If I’m buying a like-new $10k+ bike, I’m 100% getting a warranty with it. Might be better off selling the frame/groupset/wheels separately.

I’d get a bikefit before even thinking about dropping that kind of money on a bike. The steerer tube might be cut too short already and there’s no chance for a return when buying used.
