Hard to say. When this happened to me a new top cap or what people call them was needed. But the stripped bolt / cap thread needs to be removed. Normally you can get a cloth or rough sandpaper and go anti-clockwise back up fork

If your top cap only threads in that far, you need less Headset spacers!
