I couldn’t decide if an FX3 or DS3 gen. 5 was a better fit for my weekday commutes, so I just decided to purchase both & compare the two hybrids for 100% pavement riding.
I also like having two bikes to alternate for wear & tear, rainy/windy days or a potential flat etc.
My early impressions are that the DS3 has a more comfortable upright position & seems to ride really well on pavement w/ the larger tires.
I definitely need some more seat time on both bikes in order to definitively say which one I’d recommend for commuting, however the DS3 gen 5 seems really nice & comfortable.

This is the kind of fuck it decision making we need more of! Can’t decide, buy em both.
Add a checkpoint in there to really confuse yourself. They are great commuter bikes too.
