Hammer Time – I think that was the name of an American MTB+ video production, again from mid 90’s.
Gary’s Projects has been doing vlogs lately where he’s skating and riding around. But as others have mentioned Genosack brings the vibes you’re after. I’d also recommend Terry Barentsen’s channel. Some of the riding is more intense, but he’s also a skater and a great videographer. Old skate video vibes definitely are present at times!
Are you familiar with Probably Riding? It’s not exactly the 90’s skate vibe but his videos are very nice.
