ouch. that’s pretty rounded out… not 100% sure if this will work on titanium or not, but you could get a torx/star bit that is a little larger and hammer it in there.
Some folks also use a wrench, but use JB weld. Might be worth a shot.
If you end up trying to drill it out, use a carbide bit and go slow. use cutting oil, old motor oil, etc.

Soak it first, then, to relieve the elastic tension on the stripped bolt as much as possible, using a good condition Allen key tighten the other bolt as much as you dare and clamp the crank if possible near the stripped bolt head with locking pliers/vice/plumbers pliers etc. Hammer an oversized torx bit into the rounded bolt and good luck.
