It’s a giant TCR 2 from 2012/13, it has a full alu frame and fork, full 105 2×10 with tiagra crank, it got these things new 2 months ago: chain, cassette, rear derailleur, crankset, brake and shifter cables, bar tape, tyres(conti ultrasport 28mm).

Looks like it should be worth that or a bit more.
No, not even close. Something close to 400 euro would be fair I think.
It’s funny appraising these because new, that bike was quite a bit more expensive than that, and literally within a decade there’s been so much proliferation of inexpensive carbon and disc brakes on bikes it’s done a weird thing to the bike market.
That’s still a great group set, something spec’d like this new with disc brakes would be twice that
If you can get him down to $575-600 price point it would be a good bike for the money
Unless you are a team Rabobank fan id look for something else.
I easily find dozens of TCR 2s in the 200-400 range on the local market with higher tier components.
New stuff is nice, but shouldn’t result in a large price increase.
Look for a used one that hasn’t had all these new components replaced and check how much the seller is asking for. Then, deduct the price of the new components (which I suppose you won’t need to change because they are new) and see if the prices are comparable. Many people buy used bikes but almost always spend more to replace ‘depreciable/worn out’ components. If that works for you and the bike is the right fit then go for it.
Not even close.
