Today was the group’s 1st gravel adventure of 2024.
Myself, Mark and the 2 John’s got the train to Craigendoran and we were straight into a 900ft climb, as we headed to Balloch. After a coffee and cake stop in Loch Lomond shores, we headed up through the park, a few miles of tarmac, Kirklee via Cochno – some meaty gravel climbs.
Quoting ‘John Marsh’ – Mark led up into deep shit as usual. loll. Once in Drumchapel, it was canal path home.
