Help me find a casual bike!

Hi all,

I’m trying to choose a bike for casual rides around the city, recreation, etc. and never plan to go off road. One of these is the cannondale quick 4 (2016) and is being sold for $200. The other is a Fuji Absolute 2.0 (2009) and is being sold for $250. How do these two bikes compare? Thanks!
