    If you’re considering a frameset for $650, but can get this $700 as a complete bike, you could upgrade what you don’t like and try to sell the take off parts. You would be further ahead doing this than buying just a frameset. Seems like a smart way to do it to me

    Note the tires and wheels are on the heavy side. And the 45mm Vee tires might be too wide and are more suited for gravel or off road use. I have a Marin Headlands 2 (carbon with 1X GRX groupset. I like it a lot but have replaced tires with 40mm and would like to find lighter wheels. But that could cost a lot unless you find. some good deals on wheels. But weight may not be an issue.
