Hi guys, ever since I bought this bike, I’ve always had rubbing between the chain and the lower jockey wheel cage at the highest gears. There are no issues with shifting and I’ve re-indexed the gears today but the problem remains.
I’ve never dropped the bike or crashed or I was wondering if this was defective from the start, and whether there’s anything I can do to realign and stop the rubbing? Thanks!

Your derailleur hanger is bent.

Just take it to a bike shop, your hanger is bent, they can try and fix it

Your derailleur hanger is bent and you probably need more b-tension by turning the screw a full turn.

As previous comments stated – hanger is bent. You can straighten it with a proper tool or buy a new hanger if you can. LBS will charge you more for straightening the hanger than for replacing it but it’s faster and you don’t have to search for a right hanger – many frames have different shaped hangers so there is no “one size fits all”.
