For the same price, which bike do you think I should choose – Cube Stereo 150 C:62 Race 29 from 2022 or Cube Stereo 150 C:62 SL 29 (actionteam) but from 2020? I’m pretty sure the frames are exactly the same, i like the white color way on the 2022 one better, but prefer the fox cashima suspension on the older one. Also is the eagle on the newer one better than the XT on the other one.
Final question- is a 2 years older but higher spec bike better than the newer one?

I’d choose the 2020 one but only because the SL usually comes with better components.
The older bike is definitely the better choice. It has the same frame and wayyyy better components. The suspension is better by miles (you get HSC and LSC with the Fox instead of only LSC with Rockshox), the dropper post is wayyy better, the shimano XT is also better than eagle because it’s easier to service, fine tunable and better performing under load. I would 100% go with the older model, especially since the only differences are the colour and components whilst having the same price
