You can easily upgrade to 11 speed Di2 so long as you use an 11-34t cassette. The smaller cassettes like 11-28t require a special 11 speed road hub that you probably don’t have.
Personally I think the groupset you have is one of the most beautiful of all time and I’d struggle to give that up. But Di2 is cool.
If you choose to drill a hole in the frame to mount the Di2 battery in the seatpost, be advised that Titanium is not easy to drill!
