Reinstalled my Fork after doing a service and realized that something felt off after my first ride.
When I looked inside I have seen that this red spacer was all torn apart and the crown race is scratched up. I attached a pic that shows in which order everything was installed. Did I put them on the fork in the wrong oder?
To replace the Crownrace do I need a specific one that fits my frame or are they universal?

It looks like your lower bearing has split apart – is that what happened?
I would recommend a new lower bearing and crown race.
That’s a dust seal to keep stuff from getting to the bearing. Some people don’t use them at all but it’s a good idea to keep one on the bike. I doubt that one will reseal though. I’d just order a new one and ride it without until it comes in. A few rides without won’t hurt anything.
It appears that the lower headset race has come out of the frame.
