    Its either not beaded (pump it up more) or it’s an extremely crappy tire and I’m kind of leaning toward the latter

  2. You need to remove the tire to see if the rim is true. A very very small wobble in the rim can cause a huge wobble on the tire

    is it the correct tire? is the correct tube? is the wobble on the rim? is the rim placed well?

  4. You either have a hop in your wheel or the tire isn’t beaded properly in this area , deflate it a little , down to like 20 psi and see if you can use your hands to get it set

    I’ve had that before, after trying and trying to reseat it I sent it back. The replacement just went straight on and was it was true to the rim
