My Bianchi Pista 80’s

Been itching to try a steel frame and found a display quality Bianchi from the 80’s, not even a scratch on it.

I’d love others opinions/suggestions, I ride a 2014 Ridley Dean RS as my main bike of the last five years so I’m used to bullhorns and aero bars which may be why, but I just can’t get comfortable let alone see with these drop bars, in the drops I’ll be so arched I can’t see the road five feet in front of me, is this a normal thing with drops or do I need a proper fitting?
I love the look of drops and want to love it but I’m considering swapping to a bullhorn like I’m used to.
