Hello guys !
I’ve just received my new CFR with a RED AXS, and after making sure the batteries were full, I started the pairing process. I followed the SRAM video, and everything goes smoothly… except that my two shifters don’t work. I downloaded the app to synchro and check settings — everything shows up green, I updated the firmware (except for the front derailleur — I can’t click on the cloud icon, any idea why?).
When I check the controls, I see that the same function is assigned to both the shifter and the bonus button. That’s where it gets weird… the bonus buttons work on their own or when paired, and the shifters work when used together — but still, no individual response from the shifters.
I’m pulling out the hair I don’t have (because I’m bald) trying to make sense of this… can you please help me? 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Have you tried to re pair the whole system? You find good videos on YT. But if I remember correctly you hold the axs button on your RD for 10-15 seconds till it blinks slowly, its then in pairing mode. Then you just push the axs button on the other components one by one. You’ll see the light on the rd flash when they’re paired.
