The brakes may be swapped around from what you’d be used to. But thats an easy change. 100$, it looks good for that price. And it looks to be upgradable if your into that sort of thing. I would buy it for that if it shifts and brakes.
Check bearings for play, moving wheels by pushing and pulling on the rim, same thing for the headset by using the front brake, if you feel knocking, they may need some adjustment. But if its not terrible the wheels may be ok.
You may need to replace the rear mech (tourney mechs are kinda shit) but it may be a while before you have issues with it. And a 8 speed acera to replace it is 25$.
