So i’m a noob at bike maintenance and fitting bikes and all. I received my stoic 4 yesterday and assembled it but the rear wheel was very difficult to assemble. The manual was wrong because it showed a different axel and the assembly video shows the rear wheel already assembled. Please help me out with what i am missing here and help me out with how to fix it.. it said on the assembly that i had to torque it but when i torque it up i squeeze the whole frame together and that seems wrong.. so it seems like something is missing here i guess ?

Did it come without the rear wheel fitted?
Could you take a picture of the same part on the other side?
On the disc side you are missing the end cap of the hub.
