    Most folks I see in the MTB community would benefit far more from supplementing their biking with strength training as a way to improve overall fitness and ability to perform as opposed to additional cardio. Just my 2 cents.

    What are your usual session metrics, if this is focused towards cardio? Generally curious since majority of my mtb rides are very similar metrics to this one.
