Hello! I would like to ask if any of you knows how to fix this. I’ve tried looking for any adjustment I could but without success. It keeps jumping back to 2nd speed when I pedal. Has anyone experienced this too?

Possibly a stiff link in the chain, ease it off by bending the chain sideways slightly where it is stiff.
It could be that the derailleur is not quite indexed correctly
